First Aid 1–300 Leveling Guide
First Aid produces bandages and, in Forever, healing potions. It is a secondary profession, so learning it does not displace either of your two primary trades.

Leveling route: 1–300
Craft the listed recipe until you reach the end of its skill range. Quantities include extra crafts for yellow and green recipes; skill gains are random, so stop at the target and adjust the count if you need more.

Preparation and practical tips
- Learn First Aid from a nearby trainer, such as Michelle Belle in Goldshire or Rawrk in Razor Hill.
- Save Linen Cloth for bandages, or gather Peacebloom for Minor Healing Potions.
- Purchase Mild Spices from Cooking suppliers and Empty Vials from Alchemy suppliers.
- Buy Expert First Aid – Under Wraps, Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage and Manual: Mageweave Bandage from Deneb Walker in Arathi Highlands or Balai Lok’Wein in Dustwallow Marsh.
- At First Aid 225 and character level 35, complete Triage with Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Theramore or Doctor Gregory Victor in Hammerfall. Use the quest bandages and treat critically injured patients first.
