Shaman guides

Shamans support the group with totems while dealing ranged damage, fighting in melee or healing. Elemental Combat uses Lightning and Lava Burst, Enhancement mixes weapons and spells, and Restoration uses Riptide and Chain Heal.

Elemental Combat

Elemental Combat deals ranged spell damage through Lightning spells and Lava Burst. Flame Shock sets up Lava Burst, while totems provide group support that needs to stay in range.

Enhancement

Enhancement mixes weapon attacks, Shocks and instant spells from Maelstrom Weapon. Stormstrike anchors the melee cycle, with Rage of the Farseer providing a personal offensive window.

Restoration

Restoration heals with direct casts, Chain Heal and Riptide. Water Shield supports mana recovery, and totems remain a major part of the group’s utility.

Equipment and supplies

Bring water, healing and mana recovery supplies. Refill before a difficult pull and prepare a camp when the group needs recovery. Offensive consumables should match melee or spell damage; Restoration should prioritize staying able to heal.
